Who We Are
UpMySalon provides managed digital-presence services for nail salons and beauty businesses, including AI phone reception and booking, Google review management, Facebook/Instagram message management, and website + local SEO / Google Maps services. UpMySalon is a product of RingBooker LLC, a company registered in the United States.
For account, billing, and administration data, UpMySalon acts as a data controller. For data we handle on behalf of each business (for example call data, review responses, and social messages), UpMySalon acts as a data processor.
Data We Collect
- Account and business profile: name, email, business details, login metadata.
- Operational data: services, pricing, schedules, availability, staff/technician information, booking preferences.
- Delegated-access data: access we are granted to manage your Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram pages, website, and booking systems on your behalf.
- Call-related data: caller phone number, timestamps, call status, transcript segments, booking actions (via our AI phone service).
- Review and social data: Google reviews and your responses, Facebook/Instagram messages and replies handled on your behalf.
- Website and analytics data: content we publish for you, and standard site/traffic analytics.
- Billing data: subscription status and payment metadata from our payment provider.
- Security data: IP, device, session, security logs, abuse/rate-limit events.
Delegated Access to Third-Party Accounts
To deliver our services, you authorize UpMySalon to access and manage your Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram pages, website, and connected booking systems. We use this access solely to provide the services you have agreed to, in accordance with each platform's policies.
SMS Communications
UpMySalon sends SMS messages on behalf of businesses using our platform to support review and appointment workflows.
Who receives SMS:
- Customers who contacted the business and provided their phone number (during a call, booking, or visit).
- Business owners and staff who opted in during onboarding.
Types of messages sent:
- Review request messages sent after a customer visit
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule/cancellation confirmations
- Booking links and scheduling follow-ups
- Missed-call follow-up notifications
- Owner alerts and handoff notifications
What we do not do: UpMySalon does not use SMS for cold outreach, unsolicited marketing, purchased contact lists, or third-party promotional blasts.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies with activity.
How We Use Data
- Deliver core services: call handling, booking, review generation and responses, social message management, website publishing, and reporting.
- Operate integrations (telephony, AI models, Google, Meta, calendar/booking, SMS, and payment providers).
- Protect the service through fraud detection, abuse controls, and security monitoring.
- Support customers, troubleshoot, and improve service quality.

Performance of contract; legitimate interests (security, reliability, fraud prevention); legal obligations; and consent where required.
Sharing and Subprocessors
We share data only as needed to provide the service. Typical subprocessors include hosting/database, telephony, realtime AI, Google, Meta, SMS, and billing providers. We require vendors to apply appropriate security and contractual data-protection obligations.
