This policy explains when and how UpMySalon issues refunds for paid plans, setup fees, and add-ons.

Monthly Plans
UpMySalon plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days.
One-Time Setup Fees (e.g., Website Builds)
Some services (such as website design or redesign) include a one-time setup fee.
- If work has not yet started, you may request a full refund of the setup fee within 7 days of purchase.
- Once work has started, setup fees are non-refundable, as the work reflects labor already performed. Any completed deliverables (for example a built website) remain available to your business.
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is collected during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan activates and the first billing cycle begins. Trial-to-paid transitions are not refundable under the standard cancellation policy.
Add-Ons and Usage Fees
Usage-based charges (such as SMS credits, call overages, or additional numbers) are non-refundable once the usage has occurred. If an add-on is purchased but never activated, contact support within 7 days for review.
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same period due to a technical error, UpMySalon will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge. Contact support with your receipt; we will resolve it within 5 business days.
Service Unavailability
If UpMySalon experiences a verified outage that materially prevents use of core features for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected time. Credits apply to future billing cycles and are not issued as cash refunds. Note: results such as rankings or review counts are not covered by this clause (see "No Guarantee of Results" in the Terms of Service).
How to Request a Refund
Email support@upmysalon.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Include your receipt or transaction ID if available. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting support, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Please contact us first — most billing issues are resolved quickly.
Changes to This Policy
UpMySalon may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
