Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using UpMySalon services, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies.

Service Scope

UpMySalon provides managed digital-presence services, which may include:

• AI phone reception and appointment booking (powered by RingBooker).
• Google review generation, monitoring, and responses.
• Facebook and Instagram message management.
• Website design/redesign, ongoing management, and local SEO / Google Maps optimization.

Features and deliverables vary by plan. UpMySalon is a product of RingBooker LLC, registered in the United States.

Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

You authorize UpMySalon to access and manage your Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram pages, website, and connected booking systems to deliver the services. You represent that you own or are authorized to manage these accounts and that you have the right to grant this access.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for your credentials, access control, and the accuracy of information you provide.
• You agree to promptly notify UpMySalon of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.

Acceptable Use and Platform Compliance

You may not use UpMySalon to break laws or violate the policies of connected platforms. Specifically:

• Reviews: We follow Google's review policies. We do not create fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or filter/"gate" reviews to solicit only positive ones. Review requests are sent to all customers alike.
• SMS/telemarketing: SMS is sent only for transactional review and appointment workflows with appropriate consent (see SMS Consent). We do not perform cold SMS marketing.
• Call recording: Call handling follows applicable recording and consent rules.
• You are responsible for your business's compliance in each jurisdiction where it operates.

No Guarantee of Results

UpMySalon does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, Google Maps position, number of reviews, star ratings, call volume, or bookings. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Our SEO and review services are ongoing efforts to improve and maintain your online presence, not guaranteed outcomes.

Trials, Billing, and Plan Changes

Trial access, monthly plans, one-time setup fees (for example website builds), and add-ons are shown at checkout and in your billing. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations follow the terms displayed at purchase. Billing is processed by an authorized payment provider.

Third-Party Integrations

When services rely on external providers (for example Google, Meta, telephony, AI model providers, booking systems such as Square or Mindbody, or payment gateways), your use is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Data and Intellectual Property

Your business data remains yours. Deliverables such as your website content and Google Business Profile belong to your business. UpMySalon retains rights in its own software, platform, templates, and service materials. You grant UpMySalon the limited rights needed to process data and deliver the services.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpMySalon disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited as permitted by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. UpMySalon may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and contractual obligations. Upon termination we will, on request, provide reasonable assistance to hand back access to your accounts.
